The University has sports activities and students are involved in various sports activities namely; football, netball, volleyball, athletics, chess, scrabble, basket ball, badminton, table tennis. Recently the University participated in the national Inter-University games in which it faired very well.
The University offers sports skills services to students through a comprehensive, dynamic and exciting inter hall sports championships. Various teams have also participated in the national Inter-University games i.e football, netball, volleyball and athletics.
Sports:
The students have been participating very enthusiastically in the available sporting activities. The University has since its existence participated in the University games organized by National University Sports Federation of Uganda (NUSFU) as well as East African University Games (EAUG).The University teams to participate in these competitions is selected majorly through Inter-Campus and Inter- Year competitions.
