The University has identified and developed other programmes which are relevant and they include: Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering; Bachelor of Agro-processing Engineering, Bachelor of Nursing; Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery; Bachelor of Science in Mining; Bachelor of Animal Production and Management;

Other programmes are planned to be developed in the following areas:

Hotel Management and Hospitality to target the tourism industry; Agro Processing Engineering; Podiatry; Local government Administration; Environmental Sciences; Biotechnology; Food Safety Management, Petroleum Engineering and International languages.
